In Japanese, 元“Gen”- means origin; root; source and “ki” translates as energy; spirit; chi. Genki Rising, symbolizes “the spirit “ki”power we all existing spirit within us that frees us into owning our strength, and transforming into our fullest potential

Genki Rising empowers individuals to trust their inner voice so that they can begin to advocate for themselves. Caring and loving oneself is the first step in gaining back control in order to set heathier boundaries.

Once one rebuilds their foundation and begins to undstand healthy boundaries, a new sense of belonging and freedom is found that can never be taken away.
