Our Goal: To support women and children navigate high-conflict divorce and custody matters through self-empowerment tools. What We Do: We share resources and build community to help individuals and families stabilize emotionally, physically and spiritually. How we do it: Teaching self-care, healthy boundaries and learning to trust those who are trust worthy. Our Mission: To build a strong network of women, children and families who can be of service to others going though similar situations.

Genki, in Japanese, means “life force;” “healthy mind, body & spirit.” Gen-ki is made up of 2 root words or Chinese characters: 1.) “Gen” (元) which means “origin;” “foundation;”or “source;” and 2.) “Ki” (気)- which means “chi;” “energy;” “life” or “spirit.” Together, Genki Rising, symbolizes our growth and overall health (“genki-ness”) of mind, body and spirit. As we learn to claim our voices and power back, we build community with others and begin to belong and help others … all while evolving into our fullest and most powerful potential— OURSELVES!
